Meet The Team

Our extremely talented technicians and staff go beyond meeting your expectations every day!

Robb Boggs

Owner

The owner, founder, the man behind it all. Robb started Mean Machine Cycles back in 2010 in his garage making parts. This quickly escalated to building bikes out of his garage until 2017 when he decided to follow his passion full time and opened a small shop in Elkhart, Iowa where the business quickly outgrew the space. Robb’s vision was to expand the shop into a full service shop doing everything from tire and oil changes, to motor work and full custom builds. Recently in 2022, he had a new, bigger and better shop built to have room for all the stuff we do here including a state of the art dyno room and more! This man is a family man, small business owner, and friend to many.

Alex Gross

Shop Foreman

Alex started at Mean Machine Cycles in 2021 as our lead technician and is now our shop foreman. Alex started riding and stunting sport bikes 9 years ago. He not only worked on his own bike, but fixed others’ bikes too. During this time he was a diesel mechanic in the USMC for 4 years until he decided his passion was motorcycles and started wrenching on bikes full time. Alex specializes in mechanical diagnostics, motor builds and is trained in dyno tuning. Not only does he eat, sleep and breathe motorcycles, he is a devoted family man.

Angel Chiquito

Technician

Angel joined the Mean Machine team in early 2022 and specializes in audio & fabrication. Angel started working on cars and trucks when he was 12 years old and found his way to working on motorcycles. He is a certified welder and has several years of fabrication experience and 5 years experience wrenching on bikes. Angel loves turning wrenches, fishing, gaming and is a devoted family man.
