Order Cancellation Policy:
Please e-mail us with any questions or concerns before ordering. We will refund payment received, less a 20% cancellation fee. Please read the product description carefully and make sure the item being ordered is specifically for the model bike intended before ordering.

Returns & Replacements:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase and parts that are defective upon delivery will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Please inspect your parts upon delivery and call us if you have any concerns.
There will be a 20% restocking fee on all items returned, or you can exchange it for something of equal or greater value. In the rare case that we make a shipping mistake, we we will make arrangements to correct the issue.

No returns will be accepted on used or installed parts, or parts that do not have the original packaging.  Wheels are special order items and can not be cancelled or returned.

Lost Or Stolen Packages:
We offer NO REFUNDS for packages scanned as delivered to the correct address. We are not responsible for your package once it has been “scanned as delivered”. If the package cannot be left in a safe place, then you should request a “signature confirmation” when placing your order.

Ordering:
We will always accept orders over the phone. You can also place orders by using the certified secure shopping cart on this website.

Payment Policy:
We accept payment with credit cards over the phone and on this website. We can also bill you through Paypal if you call us to place an order. If you prefer to send us a certified check or money order, you must make it payable to Mean Machine cycle parts and send to:

Invoices are due upon pick-up of bike:
We accept payment with cash or credit.

Bike must be picked up within 1 week of notification of job completion.
After 1 week, you will be assessed a $25 per day storage fee. If you do not have a way to pick up your bike, we offer a delivery service for a fee.

Take-off parts must be picked up within 5 business days or they become the property of Mean Machine for us to dispose of as we feel fit.
